Joy of the Unknown…
Hello everyone;
2019 year is gearing up to be the year of ‘intensity’, moving into the unknown and experiencing this on a daily basis; not a one off event or a few times per calendar year! This is new for most of us; to be constantly moving into the unknown.
Two feeling states are triggers for you to move into the unknown. Joy and Curiosity ignite you to move into the unknown.
Questions to ask yourself; ‘What, in this moment; brings me JOY?” and “What am I curious about exploring?”
What usually occurs when we do move into the unknown; our mind (bless our mind!) tends to take over and FEAR creeps in. We then halt our new creations/experience or become stuck; in overwhelm and most likely abandon our creations. Be conscious of when FEAR is lurking. It is in this moment to bring in GRATITUDE for each and every moment. As you step into the unknown; allow JOY and CURIOUSITY to be ignited then bring in GRATITUDE as you step more and more into infinite possibilities and potentiality; the unknown!
I am certainly heading into the unknown during this 2019 year ahead and experiencing this on a daily basis. A knowing that instead of holding myself back, to step into the infinite possibilities realm and create from a place of joy.. I’m always curious.. I’m now more aware of when fear and doubt enter my mind-brain; and fear does come into play with my mind… I’m learning to place my fear to one side and be thankful that I am able to move into the unknown and see what occurs for me. I’m finding that every day is a new day of creating… What am I able to create today? A new friendship connection; new expressions from my soul in the form of my writings; new relationship connections with my sons and husband; new meditation resources and the list goes on.
This 2019 year ahead is a year to not set outcomes. It is a year to be in gratitude and be pleasantly amazed and excited at what appears as you move into the unknown and the field of potentiality. It is in the unknown that we create!
Enjoy this 2019 ‘intensity’ year ahead! It is going to be a fascinating year; full of wonder, excitement and surprise as we shift into this new way of being, constantly moving into the unknown and learning to create from our inner soul.
